The spacious, open-plan living room has a queen-size sofa bed and access to the first-floor balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs.

Access to the Beach Club amenities is optional.

Small dogs (20 lbs or less) may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

No other pets are permitted.

Booking Requirements
• Minimum booking age: 30+ years
• No parties or events
• No prom groups
• No graduation groups
• No high school groups, even with chaperones

Security
For guest safety and property security, three exterior security cameras are installed:
• Front door
• Ground-level stair/deck entrance
• Driveway and street
The cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no interior cameras.
