Rockport has over 400 species of birds-the most in the country. Bring your binoculars and your camera! Whether you want to bay fish or deep sea fish. Rockport is known as the best destination on the Texas coast especially if you want a relaxed day on the water rather than a long, rough offshore trip. Access to off shore fishing with excellent guides is ALSO available. Main fish you will catch: redfish, speckled trout, black drum, flounder. (blue crab off our dock)

Water front 3 2 1/2 bedroom/bath home with large garage, fenced yard, and a large porch with table, comfortable seating area, and of course a hammock. PRIVATE fishing and kayaking dock. Dock is lighted at night along with green
light in water to attract more fish.
There are kayaks and paddle boards available with an easy access kayak launch on the dock. Fenced backyard. Large south facing porch with Weber gas out door grill looking out over the yard, dock, and bay. Great sunsets and sunrises. Nice easy kayaking to local birding site.
The home is well appointed and very comfortable. Primary bedroom overlooks the bay, kingsize bed, en suite.
Secondary and third bedrooms have queen beds each with twin trundle beds built in and also serves as a day bed for an afternoon nap or read.
Open area living dining and kitchen. FULLY stocked kitchen. Complete kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven. Large island. Bar cart. Dining table seats 8. Island seats 4.
Living area with comfortable sofas and chair. Large screen Roku TV with all channel options available. You Tube TV. Plenty of games, puzzles, and bird watching. Plenty of entertainment awaits you. Great neighbors.
