Additional Rate Information Rate Details: Rent is $1260 to $1470/week or $4150/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $150 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Pets under 30 pounds are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If you plan to bring a pet we will need to know the breed, age, and weight. If your pet is accepted there is an additional refundable security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet plus an additional $45 departure cleaning fee.
