Cottage Delice I is the perfect couples get-a-way. It is located one mile from Bunche Beach and just one mile from San Carlos Blvd which leads over the Mantanzas pass bridge to Fort Myers Beach and just two miles to the Sanibel Island causeway leading to all that Sanibel Island and Captiva Island have to offer. Cottage Delice I is a quaint property with 1 queen sized bed in the master bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a screened in lanai leading outside to the patio and deck surrounded by tropical palms and flowers. It is a nice community that grows with the Snowbird population and a great place to make new friends and acquaintances. Cottage Pointe has a Clubhouse with planned activities and shuffle board.
